WHAT DOES IT COST?
There is NO COST if we do not recover your funds. So there is absolutely no risk involved.
​
No up-front fees, no retainers, no consultation fees, no processing fees. No cost unless funds recovered.
​
Once we recover your Unclaimed Funds, we charge a fee of 30% of the amount recovered.
Example:
$1000 of Unclaimed Funds recovered.
$700 (70%) payable to client.
$300 (30%) payable to GUM FINANCIAL
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
The process can take anywhere from 45 to 60 days from the time the claim has been filed with the courts. There are times that it can extend past that in the event the courts request additional documentation (the rules can always change).
